The holiday home is used regularly by the owners and ask you to take this into account during your stay.....


Following your booking and deposit payment a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you showing the full cost of your holiday, the deposit paid, and the balance due.



A 25% percent deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. The balance of all charges must be received no later than 2 months before your stay. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the booking being cancelled and the holiday home will be re-let. No refunds will be made.



In the event of cancellation the following will apply:

Prior to 2 months before the holiday a sum will be charged equal to the deposit.

1 - 2 months before the start of the holiday 50% of the hire charge will be charged.

Less than 1 month before holiday the full sum will be charged.



You are responsible for keeping and leaving your accomodation clean, tidy and in the condition you found it. Breakages, damage or missing items will be charged back to you.



No single sex groups or parties below the age of 21.



Electricity, gas, water and heating are all included within the cost of your holiday.

The holiday home is equipped for 6 people and the occupancy must not exceed this number.

Please remember to bring washing up materials, towels, toiletries and personal effects.



Pets are not allowed in the caravan at any time.



No smoking is allowed within the holiday home or on the decking outside.

No BBQs are allowed on the deck or grass area surrounding the caravan.
